I'm outside of Tamil Nadu and I maybe in the range of 188 to 190 and I have improvement exams (so I may score higher, I may even go 198+) from May last week to June 1st week and the results may be in July so, can I apply my improved marks cause I have seen that for editing window for documents in from last week of June to 2nd July and I seen it is after giving out ranks so if I upload new marks will my rank go up or not

Also suggest me best college for cutoff of 189 for CSE Branch only
