Took a look at this place today. Will ofc get a building and pest before proceeding with anything but curious how it looks to others as I know absolutely nothing about building, structural integrity etc. Are these cracks more likely to be “stay away unless you have a big budget to resolve it” or “fine for a while but need to be addressed in the future”? Also does it kind of look like the house is leaning a bit to the left? I’m sure it’s hard to diagnose these things from photos but grateful for any indication.
