What do you consider “Verified”?

So as primarily a console gamer (that is also quite tech savvy and used to be a PC gamer) I’ve found the “Steam Deck Verified” badge to be on occasion quite frustrating.

Whilst I love my Steam Deck I feel that Valve should have clearer guidelines for the consumer as to what is considered “Verified” as a few times now I’ve bought a “Verified” game and thought how on earth is this verified? 😂.

I think at least for my own bar I would say a game should have to hit 30fps (or above) regularly (with few dips) on medium preset with at most “balanced” upscaling.

Curious to see what you lot think and what your “bars” are / if you agree with mine 😊
