Birads 5 - help

I just recently noticed a small lump in my left breast - I wrote it off as hormonal changes since I’m almost 30. I’ve never had kids (fingers crossed I still can). I had an ultrasound and mammogram done - 1cm hypoechoic mass with spiculated margins and surrounding architectural distortion. It went from a score of 4C to 5. Biopsy is scheduled. I am terrified, please send good vibes.

29F, BI-RADS 4C breast mass looking for advice/experiences

Hi! I’m 29 and was recently told I have a 1.1 cm breast mass that was categorized as BI-RADS 4C (high suspicion for malignancy). They’re also concerned about one of my axillary lymph nodes, so my next step is an ultrasound-guided biopsy of both the breast mass and lymph node.

I’m honestly in full panic mode right now and would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar, especially if you were around my age. Any advice, experiences, or things you wish you had known going into the biopsy/waiting period would mean a lot.
