We have thousands of duplicate records in our Dynamics 365 CRM, and the native duplicate detection/merge options aren’t really helping us clean them up properly.

Some duplicates are exact matches, but a lot of them are slightly different, so they’re not always being picked up. Going through thousands of records manually isn’t realistic either, and I don’t want to delete anything that might have useful data or relationships attached to it.

What’s the best way to identify duplicate Dynamics 365 records and clean them up in bulk? Has anyone used a duplicate merge tool for Dynamics 365 that actually worked well for this?

I create a lot of sales territories. I want to be able to save them as drafts in CRM and then edit them again, and then form a final territory.

How to do that? A little too confused. Any suggestions, please?
