Had a visit from the MHWD about customers complaining that the pharmacy would not help them after it was closed. Also the MHWD said he wants us to help the people out- anything reasonable after close and the days we close for lunch we have to reopen by 2 no matter the time we go to lunch.

Does this sound normal to you?

Now that techs are allowed to use the pharmacy restroom it gets dirty faster and tp used up fast. The front end janitor comes back from time to time but it's not enough to keep up. I am being told our store manager said he doesn't have to clean it all and it's not in his job description. Who cleans your bathroom?
