I have a fairphone 5 with e/os as the operating system and recently downloaded an app via the Applounge. I then wanted to buy the premium version of the app. When I pressed 'buy', a window popped up in which I had to enter the password for my Google account, because the transaction went through the Google app store. However, I always got the error message that the internet connection is missing and I have to turn on my Wi-Fi or mobile data. I have both and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

I recently got the APP and wanted to buy Premium. When I want to complete the transaction and press "buy", a window appears in which I am supposed to enter my Google password. If I enter this, the error message appears that I have no internet connection and should check whether I have Wi-Fi or mobile data. I have both and it still doesn't work. I did try a few things, but i still don't know why this error message appears.

Wie viele Leute haben wir eigentlich in der Deutschen Fraktion? Könnten wir uns irgendwie besser koordinieren? Im Moment ist alles noch ein bisschen Chaotisch.
