i just need reassurance. thats all.
ive been out of skating for the past few weeks due to falling flat on my face, which caused me to break a tooth in half and split my lip open pretty badly. i needed plastic surgery to fix my lip, approx 20 stitches.
im all healed up now and am going to be returning to skating soon, but ive been thinking about getting something to cover my face so this absolutely doesnt happen again. which leads me to my question…
is it cringe for me (a beginner skater) to wear a helmet + cage during public skate sessions? and if so does anyone have any advice of anything else i could wear to make sure i dont get messed up like this again😅
