I’m still very fresh on the game (not to mtg but to the arena) but I have recognized a pattern. When the screen is loading up my opponent, I can tell when I’m going to get throttled and when have a fighting chance. Any guess on how I know? The players avatar tells me everything I need to know. If it’s a basic, free avatar, I have a shot. Usually when it’s some avatar that you have to pay for, I’m usually fucked. I need to start keeping track and maybe I’ll report back.
