Hi, I need some help, because the matchmaker is absolutely ruining my games. For some reason, the matchmaker is doing everything it can to ensure I don’t even have a CHANCE of winning.

It’s always the same story:
- every player on the opposing team has 50+ stars
- everyone on my team (including me) has 25–35 stars, with a mix of legends and ruiners (for example, with Hannabi in EXP)
Because of the wide gap in skill levels, my team is losing on EVERY lane. On EVERY lane, the opponent has a stronger player. My teammates are SIGNIFICANTLY weaker than the opponent’s players on every lane, which means I don’t even stand a CHANCE of winning, as the opponent has a stronger player on every lane. I simply have no one to win with.
Games like this come up far too often, roughly one in every five or ten, and they’re always against me, never the other way round.

Just look:
EVERYONE here is in the solo rankings, yet in my team everyone is between 25 and 35 stars (I’m 26 stars), whereas in the opposing team EVERYONE is 50+ stars.
And this isn’t a coincidence, because everyone’s in the solo rankings; if the matchmaker wanted a more or less fair game, it would have put two players with 50+ stars in one team and the other three in the other. It still wouldn’t be perfect, but at least there’d be some chance of winning.
But no, the matchmaker takes ALL the high-rank players, puts them in one team, and pits them against the low-ranks and ruiners.
And this isn’t a one-off; I have A LOT of games like this. Consistently one in ten, sometimes one in five.
I'm so tired of this. I really love this game, but I’ve had to stop playing it because of games like this, as I’m on a shadow ban or something like that.
I hope it’s just a bug in the matchmaker, but until it’s fixed, it’s impossible to play properly in ranked matches.
I don’t know what to do anymore; I’ve reported these matches, but it’s pointless. I’m sometimes compensated with points to rank defend star, but that doesn’t make up for the stress and my frustration at the DELIBERATELY (the matchmaker could have distributed strong players evenly between the teams, but he doesn’t) unfair match.
I don’t know what to do; I’m fed up with struggling in unfair games.
