Hi all, I’d love some help editing my server resume to transition into a customer support role hopefully at a bank or for a telecom company. I admit I used Gemini and ChatGPT to help with ATS and transfer my experience from serving to customer service-related experience, focusing on keywords in the job posting. I switch out the summary to specifically target the companies job posting as well. But, I haven’t gotten any interview opportunities so far. 

Im located in Toronto and I cannot relocate at this time. I currently work at a smaller restaurant that is severally understaffed and would love to transition out of chaotic server/bartender work. Im a recent marketing grad and have some hands on experience but not enough to get an entry level job in my field yet. I’m hoping this transition will leave me more time to work on my personal portfolio.
