各位大佬们好，想直接咨询一个比较具体的问题：2026年5月中旬，是否仍然存在可申请的欧洲英语授课理工科本科（CS / Data / Engineering）项目？

背景是国内211大一在读，数据科学专业，均分约83，英语在准备雅思，目标方向比较明确：计算机科学、数据科学、人工智能，或者电子工程、数学、物理、航空航天等理工科方向，要求必须是英语授课本科项目，不考虑纯本地语言授课。

目前核心问题是时间窗口。我了解到英/荷大部分研究型大学本科已经截止，因此想重点确认是否仍存在以下类型的机会：德国应用科学大学（FH）或部分公立大学的英语本科项目、北欧国家是否存在补录或rolling admission、比利时/奥地利/捷克/波兰是否仍有未截止或晚截止的工程/CS项目，以及是否存在7月甚至更晚仍可申请或补录的情况。

另外也想明确一个现实问题：在当前时间点，是否还有“可操作性较强”的路径，比如直接本科申请的捡漏项目，还是实际上应该转向foundation year / pathway / transfer类方案更现实。

Since it’s already May 21, 2026, I know many applications are already closed, but I’m wondering if there are still any universities or programs accepting applications.

I recently found that University of Bologna still has a second SAT-based application round open for International Studies, so now I’m trying to see whether there are similar late or rolling application opportunities for STEM fields as well.

各位好，笔者目前Peking某211学校大数据管理与应用专业就读，高考589进来的，初认为一片风光，后大一的乱七八糟课程搞得实在难受，大一上学期结束开始认真思考这个国家的未来和我个人的发展，下学期开始坚定认为应该毫不回头的润掉，本来想得是在本科期间把法语考出来，去法国或者比利时读法语授课的硕士，现在法语还在学习，笔者认为硕士出去是最稳妥的路子，不过感觉目前国内大学的生活真的过不下去了，高中期间就患上神经衰弱+轻度焦虑，目前大学虽有缓解但还是靠药撑着。

目前笔者搜索到的最快出去的思路是在国内读完大二，利用这个时间把法语或者英语考出来，然后申法国l2或l3。

本人信息搜索和验证能力实在有限，,家里也只能爆30-40个左右，跪求各位大佬指点一二。
