Should I follow up?
A recruiter for a company reached out to me 2 months ago asking me to apply for a job. I had my first call with them 2 months ago.
- March 24, I had my first interview with the hiring manager.
- April 3, I’m asked to do a case study presentation to hiring manager +2 directors
- April 22, interview with VP and CEO, plus lunch with hiring manager +1 other manager
- May 7, I provide references after being requested to.
- May 13, they speak to my last reference (per my reference)
I was aware at the case study presentation and the interviews with VP/CEO that there was one more candidate that they were interviewing with and scheduling was taking a bit because the CEO travels often.
I’m getting anxious because since I applied, they’ve changed the job listing from specialist to manager (but seem to have left the description). I also just am excited about the proposition of this new job.
When should I be following up?
