Anyone with accutane background?

So i was prescribed accutane for 14 months but had to come off within 3 months because of severe side effects. But i was acne free within 1.5 months. My dermatologist told me to slowly add tazarotene gel. Which i am using now every day. I started in November so it has been 6 months. The problem is i feel like acne is slowly creeping back , i am getting papules and pustules and which make me wonder if its due to bioderma baume which i am using since i was on accutane.

Am- water wash or bp wash , laneige cica peptide toner, bioderma baume, sunscreen (only when outside)

Pm- bioderma sensibio foaming cleanser, tazret gel, baume after 1-2 hours.

Why am I shedding so much 🥲

I am 5 months in using tazarotene 0.05 and every morning when i gently rub my skin with fingertips a lot dead skin comes out. I don’t know if it’s fine but i hate it. I have to spend like 15 minutes to completely get rid of it, Otherwise it feels like my skin has some kind of residue.

Am- use luke warm water(sometimes warm when i feel there is a lot if build up) , use laneige toner 2-3 layers, bioderma baume , sunscreen

Pm- bioderma sensibio cleanser, tazret. (I am currently not using any moisturiser over tazarotene but it makes no difference)
