I’m a before and after school teacher and my company here in Washington state is closing after summer break so they deny hiring any more staff. Yet we are so short staffed that no one can take a sick leave or request it off without throwing another teacher to the fire of managing 30 kids when we are supposed to be 1-15. Or leaving a teacher by themselves without being able to use the bathroom all shift because we’re not allowed to leave children on their own. I was sick with 100.3 fever, they called me and said “you’re gonna have to push through it, I have no one else”

Think this is reportable to the state?
