Just used garlic naan recipe and did pizza instead (pan sear bottom then oven at 520 for top to not burn milk in the dough)

For a terp slurper do I want a coil that only wraps around the bottom or one like that 10 wrap coil there that’s deep? I thought maybe the deep one since it’ll heat higher up the slurper therefore better heat distribution. Should I just get one that has like 4 wraps so it covers just the bowl at the bottom of the slurper ?
