Hi all, had a random one on the house im selling, the buyers surveyor has noted -

- hole in firewall in the loft space has been inadequately filled with non -fire resistant material and needs rectifying pre sale.

Been up and had a look, can see a small gap at a few points.

Anyone had to do a job like and know what to fill with and if you need to have a specialist do it?

Any help on what the rules are and who would be required for a job like this would be amazing!
