So I asked support why isn't Sarah appearing in the shop

It's been 4 days and she is not in the shop does anyone know why

First day in the update she was in the shop second day the offer appeared in the middle of the night then disappeared by morning and after that the offer never come back isn't it supposed to appear once every 2 days I can't even get her
