Episode 6 Yuna and Shane

During the scene with Yuna and Shane, Shane is visible as very emotional at the end. It’s very understandable with hiding for almost 10 years, excepting his homosexuality, etc.
Yuna puts her hands on his shoulders and simply says “enough, now what’s the plan?” I feel like this is very harsh in the sense that she basically wants him to move on immediately, and I feel sometimes you need to sit with the feelings a little longer. She has only just found out about everything, but Shane is carrying not only relief of hearing ILY from Ilya and being able to say it back but everything else he’s letting himself acknowledge about himself.

In a sense, it hits me in a way, (now hear me out), when Alexi asks Ilya “what’s the plan?” When Ilya just needs a chance to “breathe,” Alexi is being selfish and self-centered, and Yuna is loving and trying to help, but to me, she’s not allowing patience for the feelings. Ilya shows so much more patience when Shane freaks out and allows him to calm down much kinder.

Again, just my thoughts. What do you all think?

Edit: I don’t think I say what I meant very clearly. Not bashing Yuma or saying she’s a bad mother. My main point was that specific comment about “enough” just seemed to me to be like a snap out of it type comment.
Love all the other perspectives for sure.
