BWSI or Local Engineering Job

Hey guys. I got accepted to BWSI for RACECAR (super excited and didn't think I'd get in), but I already was hired for an engineering job/internship at a local company full time. Basically, I have to chose which one I want to do.

One one hand, its a lot more convenient for me to work so I don't have to relocate, and I will have more time to work on IBDP stuff and getting my SAT score up. On the other hand, I know BWSI is really prestigious and it can be really impactful for college admissions, and MIT is a dream school of mine. The one thing is, I already have extensive experience and leadership of engineering and robotics through my ECs so it would give me more hands on experience with programming and automation, but it wouldn't be anything super new.

The engineering job is more focused on the electrical engineering side of things with battery production.

I would like for anyone's opinions or experiences on which would be better for admissions. I am a rising senior so I would be applying to colleges during the time I am at bwsi. As far as recommendation letters go, I am getting two from my teachers and maybe one from a robotics coach. Would getting a recommendation letter at BWSI be better than one from my employer/ vice versa. Finally, how much does BWSI feed into other T20 schools. Let me know if having stats/other ECs would be helpful. Thanks in Advance!
