Hi everyone- I purchased a proart px13 with 32gb ram and the rtx 3050 back in October last year and when it has worked it’s been amazing, but I’ve unfortunately had a lot of issues with it.
About 6 weeks after I bought the laptop it started going to a black screen with the fans on and keyboard slowly blinking. The first few times it either resolved itself or I was able to fix it just by refreshing the graphics drivers but eventually it was completely bricked no matter what I did (including draining the battery and recharging etc). Luckily even though there was no identifiable hardware issue the store employee kindly decided to replace it because of the fact it wouldn’t even boot to the bios.
For a while I had no more issues with my new laptop, and I made sure to change my windows power settings and disable conflicting ASUS app optimisations just in case. After having it happen a couple of times I have even installed G Helper.
Recently I made the mistake of adding a second profile to my computer for work, which seemingly triggered a bunch of installs and now I can’t even get through a YouTube video without my laptop crashing. Has anyone else had these issues? I’m really hoping I can get it running for more than 30 seconds and that just deleting the second profile will fix it but I’m skeptical at this point.
