[GA] Need Help With how to bring up an issue to HR.
This week I have received a write up at work. After the ride I have received this week. I am currently at four points but at six points my employment will be reviewed with HR. I was written up without any investigation and my supervisor never asked for my side the story and when I confronted my supervisor about the write up she said we will talk about it next week. Previously before the write up, I have been noticing a change in attitude that my supervisor has towards me and how. She creates policies but never enforces them. There has been employees that have violated more crucial policies and only receive a verbal warning. I am currently trying to figure out if this is really worth taking to HR and if it is, how do I bring it up to HR while protecting myself from retaliation.
I also want resources where I can get a consultation within an appointment law attorney or speak to an HR specialist unrelated to my employer.
