Currently looking for housing and kinda at my whits end have been denied between private landlords and management companies. I have a viewing at one of the sterling buildings on good fellow across from Talwood on Friday. I know they can be hit in miss with bugs and management issues. I guess why I am posting is I am curious if we were approved if there any way to just prevent and avoid having to deal with roaches? Are roaches the only thing I would be dealing with that way? I have heard some mixed things some people saying they have never had any issues and some saying they have had some I just need someone to be brutally honest with me so I can fully understand what I am getting myself into if possible. Any advice if I was to look in talwood?

I am desperately looking for a two bedroom apartment with my partner and my roommate. Our budget is about 1800 - 1900. We also have two cats and I am having a baby at the end of the summer. So far we have looked on Facebook and kijiji and haven’t been able to find anything or don’t get a response from the person. I have also reached out to skyline, ashburnham, AON, Bick, and TVM and haven’t been able to find anything. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or advice?

I just booked a viewing with cathedral court over a on brock and was curious if anyone has any experience with them or how hard they are to get into?

I am also considering applying to one of the tvm apartments over on highland and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them? Or how hard they are to get into?
