Need Guidance: Brother switching from Hotel Management to IT (Non-IT background, Nagpur) – Which course should he choose in 2026 with AI future in mind?

My brother is currently working in Hotel Management in Nagpur and is planning to switch his career into the IT field. He comes from a completely non-IT background and is starting from scratch.
We are a bit confused about which learning path or course would be the best for him, especially considering that the future is moving strongly toward AI and automation.
He is open to learning seriously, but we want to choose a direction that is practical and job-oriented, not just random certifications.
Some guidance we are looking for:
Which IT field is better for beginners (Web Development / Data Analytics / Testing / Cloud / Cybersecurity / AI basics)?
Should he start with programming (Python, JavaScript) or directly go into data/AI-related tracks?
Any good beginner-friendly roadmap or course suggestions for someone from hospitality background?
How realistic is it to switch into IT in 2026 without a technical degree?
