High ACTH/low-normal Cortisol - is it always Addison’s?
So my doctor will call me on Monday I’m sure. But I got a 674 ACTH plasma and 11.4 cortisol, taken at 8:15 AM. Is it possible I don’t have Addison’s or is it close to a sure thing? Endo flagged it because I have low ish sodium, high ish potassium, and low BP (at least for me).
