Anyone awake? (3 am here in the Netherlands)

Can't sleep, again, and having therapy in a few hours. Feeling agitated and my muscles are too tense to chill. I know my insomnia is caused by benzodiazepines withdrawal and acute ptsd so I accept my fate for this night and see where it goes till it's morning. What do you do when you have all nighters or half nighters, like do you read a book (just tried but ugh my brain is going crazy with thought and tension) or what other things you do to distract yourself from intrusive thoughts and sleep anxiety or anxiety for the next day? Can't clean because have to be a bit quiet.. But don't want to endlessly scrolling haha. Any tips or thoughts? Thank you 😄
