Probiotic worked for a couple weeks and now is making me sick

Bruh. I can barely eat anything and now the probiotic supplement is starting to make me sick. Which is weird because the yogurt I eat with probiotics in it hasn’t made me sick. The probiotic is starting to cause flares so I have to stop. Sigh. Back to the drawing board.

I’m pretty sure I have post antibiotic dysbiosis from antibiotics I took for h pylori back in 2021. My gut hasn’t been the same since. I started eating a vegan yogurt from Trader Joe’s (I’m vegan) and noticed it was very much helping my tummy and I was having less flare ups. I looked into strains of probiotics to help with dysbiosis from antibiotics and was recommended Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG. I started taking culturelle health and wellness probiotic. It has Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in it. And I made sure I got one without inulin in it because a lot of people recommended against it. So far it’s been helping even more with keeping flare ups at bay even the other day when I tried a new food and felt a strong flare up coming up. However I’ve also been reading probiotics don’t do much or aren’t helpful overall? Should I be looking into something else to help?
