12U Rec - Warm Ups
Anyone who has played and/or coached the game at the youth level knows that pregame/practice warm ups can become really sloppy and disjointed. My question is if anyone has found successful routines for their players. The traditional method that I've followed is a brief dynamic warm up followed by one knee throws, "feet in concrete" throws and then gradually increasing the distance to long toss (with feet shuffling).
I'm always looking for better ideas and would love to hear any that have worked for others.
