Scared, not sure if I'm venting or wanting advice

I have lupus(sle), lupus nephritis, and heart failure. Recently I've been constantly dehydrated and my electrolytes are off, I've been sent ro the hospital twice for iv fluids, missed so much work, feel like I'm falling apart, told to drink more electrolytes. But i am drinking so much.

My nephrologist seems to think it's because I'm not drinking enough, and i swear i swear i am, but my gi thinks it might be because my gastropereses is making it so I'm losing fluids too fast and not absorbing nutrients/electrolytes right, and I'm supposed to get tests with him soon, but my nephrologist told me to go back to the er and get fluids if my lab work this week is still bad, but if i go to the er and get admitted to the hospital again I'll miss my tests with the gastroenterologist, and my rheumatologist suggested it might just be time for dialysis, that no matter how much i drink or get my gastropereses under control my kidneys just won't be able to balance my electrolytes, and that thought terrifies me.
