Relocating on June 26 – Looking for a pocket listing/upcoming home under $700k (Ideally Sterling Ridge or Alden Bridge)
Hi everyone,
My family is relocating from Ohio to The Woodlands at the end of this month. We fell in love with Sterling Ridge during our scouting trip, but we are open to other villages.
We are actively watching the MLS, but inventory is tight, so we're reaching out here to see if any homeowners are planning to list in the next few weeks or months.
What we are tracking down:
Budget: Under $700,000
Size: 2,700+ sq ft
Layout: open-floorplan 4 beds (or 3 + dedicated office) + a separate game room/flex space preferably 2001-2009 build
Garage: 3-car garage minimum (or 2-car with deep tandem space)
Bonus: A pool is a major plus but a minimum enough backyard to build one and still have some running space for the dogs.
Im sure some people will be tempted to make comments about the budget and what I’m asking for, I know it’s specific and asking for a good amount but 3 houses in Alden Bridge were all listed with these specs in that price range last month, just to name a few.
Crucial Note: We are already fully represented by a local agent and are not looking for realtor recommendations or cold pitches. We are strictly looking to connect with actual homeowners who have an upcoming listing that fits the criteria.
