I need advice which to pick..I had several quotes from different business it it nails down where I am now leaning towards to go heatpump due to zero-NOx furnace rule.

Im torn between diff offers and I need input which which i shud go..I feel price wise seems steep still

Home is about 1400sq ft.

but costco is offering 15% shop card with 10 year warranty on parts, and labor and permits

PRICED Around $13,600

with 10yr warranty, 2 year labor but no permits from city.

PRICED AROUND $15900

with 10yr warranty, 2 year labor but no permits from city

-American Standard 3.5 Ton system heat pump single stage 14 seer

PRICED around $10,900 but can be switch to variable speed with additional $2500

with 10yr warranty, 2 year labor but no permits from city
