Hi everyone i have a lot of pain because my spine sticks out like crazy. this is the first time i'm seeing it as i had my friend take a photo... omfg. its bad. its also slghty curved at the top maybe? but i was wondering if anyone knew if there is any remedy to this, especially the sticking out... i cannot sit normally in chairs because of my back bone(s) pressing against the surface of the chair backing and therefore have developed a pretty shit posture alongside the problem. idk its always aching. send help. Unfortunately, I do not have a family doctor.... i would ask them if i did.
