Umamusume are said to reach a top speed of 43 mph(70 km/h). Residential roads in Japan have a speed limit of 19 mph (30 km/h) and 37 mph(60 km/h) on city streets. Imagine how bizzare it would be driving on a residential road and to your side you see Mr. CB disappearing into the distance with only a couple strides lol
