My wife and I have mobile phones with unlimited data plans. Rather than paying for a third data sim in a router for internet access, could the mobile phones be used to provide internet access on the boat for streaming and using a laptop, maybe using casting, tethering, magic?

I appreciate a narrowboat is an effective faraday cage but I wondered if this was an idea anyone had made work?
