Kidney tumor with scans

Hi. A 30 yr old female. Daily smoker. Yes I know its terrible and so so bad for me. I do take any medication but was prescribed an anti depressants that I start today for nerve pain unrelated to these results.
March I had CT scan and they found a spot on kidney. Originally told me no big deal. Most likely a cyst of some kind but because its density was off they wanted me to get a follow up MRI with contrast. I will post both result and the photos from my recent MRI. I already got the results back but they are pretty confusing to me. I dont even had a reviewing doctor yet so im not sure how long im going to have to wait for someone to explain this to me or what's going to happen next. Im not looking for 100% confirmation just looking for general advice and odds if possible. Thank you. Also has it grown in the last two months?
