I learned that a Dynamic Personal Training Session at Life Time Harrison costs approx. $180 for 50 minutes. It's misleading because the app initially shows pricing for only 25-minute sessions, which makes the cost seem much lower at first glance. They do show it's a starting price, but still.

While I value the expertise and training that personal trainers provide, the pricing still feels inaccessible. Are there other gyms in Westchester that offer 1:1 personal training at a somewhat lower price point, or is this generally the standard rate for trainers in the area?
