Here's a suggestion me and alot of people I've played with over the years want: More difficulty, alot of people miss the survival aspect of fallout 76, (including the eating/drinking mechanic to live, just not as intense as it once was) with less legendaries (Not none! just MUCH less spawns and no crafting them) much harder enemies, etc
A good way to implement this would be to add a game mode (perhaps replacing custom worlds since they are rarely if ever used) that doesn't let you import a character so you have to start from scratch and it focuses mainly on difficulty and the wasteland survival mechanics. Just like how it used to be in 2018-2019 (no contextual ammo drops, no legendary crafting, eating/drinking mechanic returned, murder re-added in pvp) and perhaps the original Vault 94 raid could be added back in some extent with the difficulty it used to have (In my personal opinion it was one of the most fun things this game ever had and the secret service selling strangler/thorn/solar armor just doesn't make any sense)
The main issue i personally have with this game (and i know alot of other people do) is that it's just gotten way too easy even if i start a new character. What used to be minor boss enemies (deathclaws, behemoths, scorchbeasts, etc) can be mostly 1 hit or killed in 3 seconds with non-meta weapons when we used to burn through all of our ammo fighting them. The scorchbeast queen fight which used to be fun now isn't because it can be finished by one random guy spamming crits in vats for 10-20 seconds solo. The raids were great, everyone i knew loved them because of the difficulty it added but today we can literally just solo the entire thing (again, with non-meta gear for most of it and i have a video of myself soloing stage 4 in my underwear with a low level bench crafted gun)
