Atrocious Hold Rate
I’m doing fine as a tech sales SDR in bookings but my hold rate is below average — thoughts ?
It all starts with a cold call (I only email and/or LinkedIn DM after we connect on the phone)
I ask basic and then a little in depth discovery questions to guide conversation post-yes
I email the morning of, call hour before, and text if they don’t answer either
