Brew my last Jasmine Pearls from last year (Yunnan Sourcing, Spring 2025). Still very sweet and mellow for a sunny warm day.

Granpa style infusion (well, with an intermediate strainer), 85 °C with about 5 g per 300 ml, 8 refills.

I'm ready for this year'a new harvest!
