I’m not sure if this is the correct sub to post this in but I’m asking anyways haha

I don’t have an endo diagnosis (still waiting for a doctor to take me seriously 🤪) but I have an inkling I have it.

Anyways, my days 1 and 2 of my period are totally fine. I can function, it’s medium flow, nothing crazy. Then day 3 and 4 hit me like a truck, every month it’s the same. Cramps, clots/super heavy, throwing up, passing out, hot flashes, fatigue, you name it.

Does anyone else deal with horrible day 3 and 4?? I’ve tried looking it up and cannot find anything about those days, it’s always about days 1 and 2.
