Am I the only one who wakes up already stressed about what to eat…?
Like… I want to lose the baby weight
but between the baby, no sleep, and everything else…
I either:
– skip meals
– grab random snacks
– or just eat whatever is fastest 😅
And then I feel like I messed up again.
How are you guys doing it honestly?
Are you following a plan… or just trying to survive like me? 😂
