10 years post whipple had a recent pancreatitis flare up lasted a week, scan showing enlargement of the pancreas “ focal enlargement with central cystic component 1.5x1.5” so they want a scope and biopsy just incase. Is enlargement without recurrence of cancer common? Or has anyone dealt with.
