I bled the first time I had sex and then the second time it was fine now I had sex last week and bled again and my period was over a week before so idk what happened it couldn’t have been period blood. Could it be an internal injury or something

Please help

Hi (19f) I have had periods since I was 12 but never had pain in butt my like this time I have started going to the gym and when I got menses my butt hurt a lot like so much I couldn’t even sit down. Is this normal did this happen because of the gym am I doing something wrong?!
