hey everyone, I just need some assurance and advice right now. I just started working for small tech startup two weeks ago. I decided to do this because I’m early in my career and honestly, I really wanted to be in an environment where I can accelerate my career and learn a lot of different things at once I was mentally preparing myself for the type of burnout I was gonna face as that’s what startups are known for. I’ve honestly been doing really well in my role and the job is pretty interesting a lot better than my last role but I guess I really underestimated the burnout aspect. I know I signed up for this and this is exactly what I was expecting, but it’s only been two weeks and I can already feel how burnt out I am from how much I’ve been doing. I have been working insane hours and I feel like I have been doing well but if this is just the start, how can I mentally prepare myself for the upcoming weeks and months? I just wanna be in a good mental and I don’t wanna be completely burnt out it’s only been two weeks and I feel like I’ve lost control of my routine like working out eating properly because of how exhausted I’ve been from the amount of work I’ve been doing like I said I know this is expected working at a startup, especially at a super small one there’s like less than 50 people at the company, but I just need tips on how to take care of myself because I am already feeling mentally exhausted? I have no intentions on leaving this role It’s an amazing opportunity pay is good and I’ve been learning a lot an the team is great but just need help?
