Mbappe is the obvious answer since France are favorites again, hard to argue against him but Kane is the one I keep coming back to, 58 goals last season at Bayern, best form of his career and England's group is very winnable, my only worry is England's structure limiting him at tournaments but maybe this WC is different i think, I cant decide between mbappe and kane or yamal.
