My 3 week old recently stopped pooping daily and went 48 hours, then 24, then 12 - now up to 72. She just went again right at the 72 hour mark. She’s formula fed on Kendamil.

It’s always soft when it happens, she has 8+ wet diapers a day, no fever, belly is soft.

She gets a bit fussy as the days go on from gas but otherwise acts normal.

Is it ok for her to keep in this cycle or should she be going more?
