Rebuilding my Obsidian stack. If you could build it up again how would you start?
I use Obsidian as an MD Brain for my AI Agents, with a well-organized Vault containing over 1200 MDs. My goal is to implement the best possible Semantic Indexing with MCP access. Right now, I plan to use Vault Operator as my main plugin. I prefer to avoid SMART connections if possible. I want a setup that enables my AI Agents to access the Vault with full Vertex semantic indexing. I still use Obsidian Vault MCP, but it doesn't index my Vault properly. However, I had the best success with MCP connections. I need my AI Agents to write notes for scheduling, to-do lists, and automated tasks, but many features aren't working as expected. Relying on popular plugins has caused overlapping functions. As a sophisticated user, I need this to work correctly—right now it's more of a burden than an asset. I believe many others share this experience. Wise Reddit community, guide me to the Obsidian promised land. Make sense?
