Password issue

Hi,

I have been using nord 5 for past 6 months. Suddenly today my phone got locked and I tried unlocking by giving correct screen pattern. But after n number of attempts I called oneplus help desk. I tried hard restart as they suggested over call but nothing happened after doing restart. I was forced to reset mobile, and I lost complete data. A lesson for me because I used to take very rare backup in drive or hard disk. Two weeks before I moved complete data from old to new phone nord and I removed data from old. Not sure why it happened but didn't expect from ONEPLUS handset. 🫠

What do you guys do if you see this type of CDS and can we use it in a normal program by using keyword privileged access?
