Looking for the best PLC course

I finished my studies recently and now I’m working as a PLC maintenance engineer in a big factory.

At university we learned some basics and ladder logic, but honestly I feel like it was not enough for real industrial work. Now when I open big projects in TIA Portal, I still don’t fully understand the code and structure. I also want to improve my knowledge in industrial networks, communication between devices, and production lines troubleshooting.

Can anyone suggest the best PLC course or training that really helps for real factory work?
