Thoughts on exposing a bad, illegal, business owners?
Hi Halifax!
I’ve created a new account just for this post (which will only be up for a couple hours.)
I put my two weeks in at my job to which the owner decided to not pay me for my last 3 weeks because “i decided to quit” and even *texted me* telling me he will not pay me.
While working at this place, that might have been the nicest thing he’s done/said to me.
I don’t know how the people of Halifax and reddit feel about calling out this type of behaviour, but it’s important for me to get it out there that there is a crazily illegal workplace out here that is getting away with more than just refusing pay checks.
There are also multiple reddit posts on this place… ahem.
I am openly a coward however, (but that will not stop me from getting my damn money) and I do not want to outright say something that could get me noticed too much as of right now.
